Job Description

HR Business PartnerPermanent Contract Larbert Office (Onsite Role)Full Time Circa £30,000 – £40,000I am pleased to be supporting one of our well-established manufacturing clients, who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their small local team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of the strategic HR plan, provide best practiceadvice and guidance to management and cover a range of generalist duties.What you will get:

What you will do:

Roll out HR Strategy, Culture and Policy with a focus on Employee Engagement
Guiding, advising, coaching and mentoring managers across the organisation
Leading on Succession Planning, Recruitment, Performance and Training Initiatives
Managing ER cases, maintaining Trade Union Relationship and ensuring legislative compliance and best practice

Looking for:

2-3 years’ experience in a similar HR role or at an Advisor Level
Up-to-date employment law knowledge, and confidence leading on ER Cases
Experience utilising HRIS
