Job Description

Are you an experienced Travel Consultant with a good knowledge of the Cruise sector Would you love to start a new job before the New Year Contract Scotland is working with an award winning travel company to recruit a Cruise Consultant to join their team in Larbert. This is a full time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to earn commission on all sales. You will be based in my clients call centre in Larbert however, hybrid working is an option. Working as part of an experienced and passionate team your duties will include:

Dealing with a high volume of calls, emails and web chats from customers who need expert travel advice to help them plan their next cruise.
Using your knowledge to find the right cruise for your customers.
Utilising the market-leading technology which offers a huge range of cruises and tailor-made cruise holidays.
Developing relationships with the experienced customer service, back-office admin and industry-leading marketing teams, enabling you to dedicate your time to book the perfect cruise for your valued customers.
