  • Do you have proven working experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
  • Do you have advanced SQL knowledge (both MySQL and MSSQL)

This person will be working within the Retail Data Services Team and will report to the Retail Data Services Manager. An ideal candidate should be an effective communicator and is able to be part of a team as well as challenge processes. This person put the customer at the forefront of their decision making and is organised, with the ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks.   • Manage both Internal and External reporting requirements from request to delivery
  • Identify, agree and implement improvements to ways of working that provide a better experience for our customers
  • Set up and maintain automated data processes
  • Streamline reporting and analytical methods and continually look at new ways to analyse, model and visualise data
  • Regularly performing data validation and remediation tasks
    • Experience Required: Data Analyst
  • Advanced SQL knowledge in both MySQL & MSSQL
  • SQL- SSRS/SSIS experience is a must and data visualization experience with Power BI is a bonus
  • Experience in using analytical technologies to consolidate multiple data sets, summarise findings and present your recommendations is key
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc, programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
    • MySQL, MSSQL, SGL Server, SSRS, SSIS, BI, business intelligence, data analyst, business data analyst, Excel, statistics, reporting, database developer
