Summary You will be leading the Food & Beverage team alongside the F&B manager, coaching, nurturing, and developing the team to deliver fantastic service to our visitors.The hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 over 7 days as we are a seven day week business, the average shift is9.30am5.30pm however there will also be 10am-6pm shifts depending on the needs of the business There are no split shifts and eveningsas we are predominately a day business, includes weekends.The salary: £22,000Inc 33 days annual leave, company pension scheme, plus other benefitsDuration: This is a permanent position, with the opportunity to progress What its like to work here To find out more about what its like to work within Food & Beverage at the National Trust, clickhere towatch our video.Youll be based atKnightshayes Court, Bolham, Tiverton, EX16 7RQ. What youll be doing Youll work with our Food & Beverage Manager to manage our entire Food & Beverage operation. Youll always consider how we can do it better, more efficiently, and how we can deliver an even tastier end result for the visitor.
