We have an ambitious 10-year plan to grow Knightshayes asa visitor destination, with our twentieth century woodland gardens and Burges designed house at the core of that. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead the facilities & support services team, working alongside our many portfolio staff. You will be a member of the property leadership team playing a key role in helping to shape and influence our future across thewhole portfolio. You will be part of the Duty Manager team at Knightshayes and this averages two to three days per month on a rota, full training will be provided. For more information about our property please visit knightshayes-court What youll be doing This role line manages a small team to deliver our Business Services and Facilities functions. Business Services offer support to all departments, signposting staff, volunteers, visitors, and contractors whilst providing specific supportaround banking, procurement, and records management. Our Facilities team leads on all planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the estate, working to help maintain standards as well as co-ordinating the oversight of compliance monitoring. It willlead on a number of small projects as well as being involved in larger capital works projects. It is important that you are able to form strong links with all fellow property heads of department, working collaboratively to best utilise resources and enable efficiency improvements.
