Job Description

Description:UBT are proudly working with an established family run SME business based in Hull. Due to organic growth this is a newly created opportunity and as such we are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive on a permanent basis. As a Business Development Executive your role will follow up on initial / cold leads through the end user sales pipeline, nurturing the leads from receipt to quote and order stages. Alsowork closely with the frontline sales advisors to pick up potential leads that have gone cold and develop them into winnable leads. The ideal candidate would be someone who is hungry to develop sales in an ethical manner, understanding customer needs and sellingUSPs to close the deal. In return the business are offering a competitive salary, bonus and potential opportunities to progress.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calling new initial leads to identify customer requirements.
  • Meticulously follow up leads to build relationships with customers and move them through customer pipeline and convert leads into sales.
  • Work with marketing to ensure leads are contacted in the most appropriate way to
  • Give maximum chance of converting into sales.
  • Assist with outbound / telemarketing call campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and telephone sales skills

Working hours: 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday (no weekends)Benefits:
