Job Description

Company DescriptionCulina Logistics is the leading 3rd party UK logistics business specialising in chilled warehousing providing an excellent platform for food and drink manufactures.We are now recruiting for a full time, permanent Stock Administrator at our Milton Keynes depot.

  • Salary £25,459 per annum
  • Shift 5 on 2 off days 08.30 - 17.00
Job DescriptionAs a Stock Administrator you will create and manage bookings for inbound loads and providing support to the goods in operation.Main Responsibilities of a Stock Administrator
  • Manage the inbound bookings diary for all clients
  • Daily goods in and storage reporting
  • Supporting the Goods In Administrator
  • Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances
  • Creation & modification of pre-advice documents for inbound loads
  • Supporting colleagues throughout the network
  • Filing general admin paperwork
  • Processing of documentation on vehicle arrival and departure
  • Checking of goods receipt notes against pre advise and delivery note
  • Compilation of Goods In statistics
  • Other duties as reasonably required
Qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • PC literate and experience in MS Excel
  • Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions
  • Pro-active and adaptable approach
  • Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative
  • Conscientious and reliable
  • Able to manage own work load effectively and prioritise
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organised, clean and tidy approach to work
