Job Description

Our client is a dynamic broker seeking a Junior Account Executive to join their team. We are looking for account handlers that are ready to take the next step to become an account executive and to inherit and further develop a book of business. The successfulcandidate will take over part of an existing book but will also be expected to generate new business. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join an established team with a secure company and have the benefit of support with all aspectsof training and career development.Key Accountabilities:

To develop commercial insurance
Reach and exceed new business targets
Drive new business initiatives to deliver to budget
To generate new business revenue for the group
To deliver new business revenue line
To generate new customer contacts and clients
To operate in accordance with FSA compliant company agreed processes
To ensure smooth and thorough handover of clients to broking teams post acquisition
Reach and exceed new business targets
Maximise new business revenue stream from personal activities
Maintain and improve quality of personal prospect activities
Generate and create new business ideas and techniques in a compliant framework.

Education:Cert CII is desirable although not essential.To apply for this role the successful candidate must have the following skills:
