The successful applicant will be an ambitious, proactive, and motivated individual who should be able to work well within the team to deliver the organisations set targets.Is this youYour New Organisation...Our client is a dynamic clinic based in Aberdeenshire and provides high quality specialist Occupational Health services working with both employees and employers across many sectors.Your New Opportunity....This role would suit somebody who has on or around five years experience as an effective administrator. You will have the opportunity to work with a company that is expanding quickly with their growing order book of projects.This would be a great opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Administrator to contribute to our organisational success.Your key responsibilities…The principal responsibility of the role is to provide a professional and confidential administrative service to identified customers (individual, team, or unit). This support may cover, in varying proportions, all or some of the key responsibilities set out below or all the following activities, along with other administrative support tasks in keeping with the grade of the role.

  • Demonstrable skills in gathering information from several sources and present that information in an appropriate manner including data input
  • Good planning and organising skills
  • Experience of working effectively without close supervision
  • Excellent customer care skills, with a proven ability to meet customer expectations
  • Experience in working as part of a team
  • Sending out invoices amongst others.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Administration experience
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packages knowledge plus cloud based software
  • Must be confident handling enquiries

  • Previous experience in professional services or corporate environment preferred.
