Job Description

Reed is currently working with an exciting brand-new school based in Kidderminster looking for experienced SEN teaching assistants to support class teachers and develop supportive relationships with pupils to aid in their personal development. This rolewill be full time working 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am-5pm.***Kidderminster Based******Permanent & full-time position******Annual salary of £20,941 - £22,835***About the position:You will be supporting pupils with their learning and general wellbeing to ensure all children have the best opportunity to reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment. This may include supporting with care needs, using positive behaviourmanagement and adopting a tailored approach to an individual child’s needs.
