Working in partnership with a renowned client suppling innovative, high quality food products from around the world to the foodservice market in the UK and across Europe we are looking for a driven Product Manager who will be instrumental in developing bespoke, private label and branded products.The successful candidate will find themselves working alongside Technical and Sales Teams to develop and launch products ensuring all necessary internal and external documentation is completed. If you have good experience of managing the full product development process including briefing, sample assessment as well as delivering amends, we are keen to hear from you. Your hands-on experience ensuring all new products meet legal, quality and safety requirements will not go unnoticed either! Top this with your ability to manage repack - including product specs, factory labels as well as sourcing and sizing of packaging and you might be our ideal candidate.We are looking to speak with candidates with around 2 years’ worth of experience.To succeed in the role you will be detail oriented, with good experience in Critical Path management ensuring on time launches of all projects. Your communications skills, delivering customer presentations, quality panels and exhibitions will be next none and your foodie mindset combined with a proactive attitude in maintaining detailed category knowledge through store visits, data and trend analysis will mean we’d be delighted to hear from you.
