Supporting a team of volunteers, you will research, value, list, package and post donated items in an efficient and timely manner. Ensuring the highest possible standards of service is delivered to customers, youll assist with customer queries and arrange regular meetings with Area Managers to ensure stock is maintained. Additionally, you will:- Review and set annual income and expenditure budget- Oversee the online stores Gift Aid system- Ensure that Blue Cross policies are adhered to at all timesAbout YouTo be considered as an Online Shop Manager, you will need: - Experience of retail management within a commercial company and/or a UK registered charity- Experience of achieving success against financial targets- Experience of developing and monitoring budgets- Entrepreneurial and commercial skills - Excellent communication skills - IT proficiency - A full, valid driving licence The closing date for this role is the 22nd January 2023.
