Job Description

Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager - Kidderminster - up to £27k basicA rare opportunity has arisen to join this very well established and highly respected independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand based out of their branch in Kidderminster. They are looking for an experienced Lettings professional who will be working in a team of 5 managing a portfolio of around 900 properties and also carry out viewings.A really varied role which will ensure no two days are the same!Main Duties to include:

  • Registering applicants
  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Lettings Administration
  • Property inspections
  • Dealing with maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
    • Essential Skills Required:
  • Lettings Experience
  • Excellent communication skill both verbally and written
  • Well presented
  • A proactive team player.
  • Knowledge or Reapit preferred although full training will be given
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car for which 45p per mile is paid for business use and £500 paid half yearly towards insurance costs
    • Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 12.30pm (Saturdays paid at time and a half)29 Days holidays including bank holidays which increases to 32 days after completion of 5 years continuous employment.The team at Excalibur Recruitment are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector.
