Internal Account Manager (Hybrid Role)Kidderminster - Highly commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Northampton, Worcester, Shrewsbury and HerefordSalary: Up to £30,000 dependent upon experience with OTE £45,000 - £50,000The RoleThe business has doubled the size over the last 18 months and have plans to increase our growth further.   • Achievement of monthly sales targets
  • Provision of feedback and sales opportunities to other specialist roles
  • Development of strong relationships with customers
  • Responding to customer requests and raising quotations
  • Proactively calling customers to create needs for additional products and services
  • Keeping accurate records of all customer information
  • Input to sales initiatives relating to new products, product offers etc. and complete timely follow up
  • Preparation of accurate sales order documentation
  • Keeping abreast of technological developments to ensure youre able to discuss potential benefits with customers
You will have:
  • Proven success in a targeted sales environment
  • Previous experience in an IT environment, an IT qualification, or a keen interest in technology
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • A commitment to creating a first-class customer service environment
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
