This is a brand new role for a Digital Marketing Executive to wo work in an expanding team for a real leader in recruitment technology. In all honesty, this is one of the most down to earth, friendly and dynamic marketing teams we’ve worked with in a while. They have a really inclusive working environment and given the company’s growth, its likely there will be many opportunities to learn and develop. The role:This is a b2b digital marketing role, and our client is a SaaS specialist within recruitment technology. The current team has reached full capacity and the job description is a list of everything they’d like to be doing from a digital perspective! Crucially, you’ll work towards enhancing their online presence through innovative digital strategies and campaigns. This could be through assisting with refining their website, SEO, PPC and content strategies, or by leading end-to-end campaigns including planning, executionand segmentation. You could be looking at data-driven optimisation, employing A/B testing to refine online performance and conduct, but equally you might be tasked with planning and executing dynamic content strategy. What we’re looking for:This role would suit someone with a minimum of 12 months’ experience gained in a digital marketing role, someone who has covered a real variety of digital campaigns and is keen to continue to do so. Experience of email marketing and CRM systems would probablybe quite high up on their wish list, as well as an understanding of Google Analytics. You’ve probably covered social media, SEO and content writing to some extent as well. Previous experience within a b2b sector would be preferred, with any experience withinthe recruitment or SaaS sectors a real advantage. You’ll want to be quite self-sufficient. This isn’t a team which likes to micro-manage and tell you exactly what you’ll be doing next. There will be freedom to try new things, and to teach the existing team things they don’t know as well as learning yourself! What’s on OfferSalary is likely somewhere between £25-30,000, ultimately depending on what experience you can bring to the table and is offered on a hybrid basis, 4 days in the office (though there may be future flexibility). This is not a stuffy, corporate environmentto work in, it’s down to earth, relaxed but hard working. They’re creative and thoughtful and as an organisation determined to offer a culture where every employee is free to be themselves. If you want to be valued, have your creativity encouraged and yourgrowth guaranteed, this is definitely the place for you.
