Job Description

Data Integrity Officer - ComplianceKidderminsterFull TimePermanentUp to £26,707 per annumOur client provides homes for people, looks after the local environment, helps people into employment and offers caring and support services for vulnerable people locally. In short, they help people help themselves improve their lives. Do you want to join themThey are currently seeking a Data Integrity Officer to join their Property Compliance team. The main purpose of this role is to manage property compliance and asset management related data, ensuring that systems are updated and audits undertaken.Within this role you will:

  • Monitor the delivery of compliance and reconciling data daily, highlighting any errors
  • Develop servicing programmes with credit efficiencies within the business in line with changes to legislative regulations
  • Assist the compliance team in ensuring the organisation meets full compliance including gas servicing, asbestos, legionella, electrical testing and fire risk assessments by creating servicing schedules
  • Support in the development of reports
  • Assist with auditing
  • Update the ICT systems property compliance data ensuring complete accuracy
  • The successful candidate will:
  • Will have experience of working within a busy property compliance role, ideally in an administration or planning capacity
  • Be a strong communicator who can deal sensitively with difficult situations
  • Be highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
  • Have experience of using MS Office applications
  • Have a thorough understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality
  • Be able to work flexible when required
