They are now seeking to add a commercial property solicitor to their team with at least three years post qualificationexperience. Our client is looking for an ambitious and dynamic commercial property lawyer who is able to hit the ground running on an array of matters to includesale, purchase, leasing and re-financing of business premises, commercial developments and unitsales, advising on pre-emption, option and promotion agreements, s106 Agreements, commercial licenses, and easements.
