Job Description

Operations AdministratorWe are looking for an operations administrator to join our team based In Kidderminster, DY10.The role will include working from our Kidderminster office full time carrying out multiple administrative tasks with the rest of the admin team.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to

  • Maintaining and completing accurate records
  • Producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements for each job
  • Reporting regularly to the operations director
  • Checking operative paperwork and producing completion reports
  • Working as part of a team and contributing where appropriate
  • General operational administration
  • Answering and directing phone calls
Once more familiar with the company operations you may be assigned clients that you will oversee administration for. This will include booking in works, carrying out courtesy calls, liaising with contractors and general project administration.Key requirements include
  • Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Good at working in a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office software
  • Have their own transport to travel to our Kidderminster site
