Job Description

Are you looking for your next move in IT as a 3rd Line Infrastructure EngineerWith a very established company that’s got some exciting growth plans coming up…Are you a whizz at troubleshooting, solving technical issues & dealing with escalated supportThey have the best team of people, will support you & help with any personal development!As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver engineering assistance and maintenance services (phone, remote and on-site)
  • Resolving client issues & queries, including disaster recovery solutions
  • 2nd and 3rd line technical support including server and desktop operating systems
  • Technical support including hardware, application software, networks, and data back-ups
  • Providing technical & operation guidance to engineers, acting as a mentor/role model
  • Project managing & assisting in the deployment of networking & software rollout projects
We are looking for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer who has the following skills and experiences:
  • 2nd/3rd line Infrastructure Engineer experience & a full UK driving license with own vehicle
  • Strong operational and process experience & an MSP background is desirable
  • A solid background in IT and server support and project deployments
  • Knowledge of Windows Server Operating systems & Router, firewall, WIFI switch configs
  • Capable with Active Directory, Group Policy, TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP, Network & server installs
  • Can uphold company values and fit in with culture, proactive, hard-working & positive
In return, the successful Infrastructure Engineer will receive a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus excellent company benefits and perks including:
