Senior Lettings Negotiator - Leading Estate Agency in Kensal Rise (£75,000 OTE)Are you looking to elevate your career in Property If so, we are actively looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator who wants to progress their career into management.We are looking for an outgoing and confident Lettings expert to join a well-respected local agency in Kensal Rise.To be successful within this role you need to be hard-working and determined and take pride in your work on a daily basis. If you consider yourself to have that "little bit extra" then this role is perfect for you, with the opportunity to be in charge of yourown success you will exceed as a Lettings Manager.The requirements of a Lettings Manager:

A proven individual with 4+ years of Lettings experience.
ARLA preferred, although not essential.
A motivator, able to create a successful team working and individual performance and engagement.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal & people skills.
Pleasant and trustworthy.
A valuation superstar with an excellent conversion rate.
Proven ability to develop skills and enable personal and professional growth of individuals.
Able to delegate effectively for maximum results.
Experience in successful conflict management and performance management
