Our client runs a dynamic and leading Reformer Pilates and PT studio based in the heart of Kensal Green. They have an exciting opportunity and are looking to recruit a Studio Manager/Instructor to join their team and take ownership of the site. The positionis a 12 month maternity cover contract.You must be passionate about helping people who want to move, look and feel better. You will be expected to push yourself, to strengthen the values, behaviours and culture that are core to the Company. You will be responsible for the studio budget, achieving sales & retention targets as well as building relationships with other allied healthprofessionals in the local area.You will need a growth mindset as this company is in the process of further growth and development. The suitable candidate must be reliable, dependable with a willingness to take on responsibility.The job requires attention to detail and the ability to leadand manage a team.As our ideal candidate you have at least 3 of the following:A qualification in fitness instructionA qualification in personal trainingA qualification in Reformer PilatesA minimum of 2 years experience in the industry (full time class instruction/ personal training)
