Property Manager/Lettings Administrator Kensal Rise NW10 £22-26,000 subject to experienceMy client is looking for a man/woman Friday to deal with front office letting related tasks in their busy estate agency.You will have previous experience of Lettings Admin and Property Management and you will definitely have a car/license to drive it (there isnt much driving involved but mobility is essential and a parking permit is provided).The job entails dealing with paperwork, arranging reports, dealing with landlord/tenant issues and inspecting properties/inventory etc. An exciting and varied role.No weekend working required.
