Managing a portfolio of around 150 units

Tenancy Progression from point of referencing, tenant & landlord confirmations, preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices

Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors

Arranging and monitoring works and repairs

Carry out property inspections and reporting to landlords

Compiling rental and contractor payments on a weekly basis

Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals; alongside directors & lettings team

Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes

Handling tenancy deposit returns

Proficient with computer software, Jupix ideally

Property Management experience is preferred but NOT essential
