Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client, an award winning employer, as a Service Administrator.The primary fuction of this role will be to provide administration support and services to the Service Department.

  • First point of contact by phone and email from both clients, company technicians and sales force
  • Checking / actioning Sales paperwork
  • Checking / actioning Service paperwork
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis to update on work progress
  • Taking ownership of queries and complaints
  • Keeping database records up to date
  • Producing and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Filing
  • Answering low level account queries

  • General office duties
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent Communication Skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong Customer Service skills when dealing with clients via telephone
  • Highly organised and flexible, with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Fast, accurate data entry skills, high attention to detail.
  • Able to work under own initiative, be proactive and work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • The successful candidate will need experience in a wide variety of administration tasks, possessing excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, strong Customer Service skills when dealing with clients via telephone and email together with a can-do attitude.
