We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Housing provider in North London for an interim Regional Director of Housing, day rate negotiable.The interim Director of Housing will lead a team of circa 1200 trusted, professional colleagues and high performing teams to deliver a good quality core front line housing management and neighbourhood services to their customers.The director of Housing will drive a customer centric performance culture that strives for excellence and continuous improvement ensuring the best outcome for all customers.The role’s full portfolio includes:Ø Housing strategyØ Neighbourhood and tenancy managementØ Anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood nuisanceØ Lettings and housing allocationsØ Block managementØ Resident engagement and communicationsØ Supported housing and specialist servicesØ Caretaking, cleaning and environmental servicesØ Stakeholder managementØ Neighbourhood and community servicesEssential Experience required:Ø Qualified to degree level in Housing or equivalent, relevant experience.Ø CIH membership, or evidence of continual CPD.Ø Dynamic and passionate about customer service and the Social Housing sector.Ø An experienced and motivated strategic leader with best in class Housing and Customer service expertise, offering an innovative/fresh approach to the role.Ø Demonstrable experience of designing core landlord services to deliver exceptional customer journeys.Ø Strong strategic and operational background able to both plan and implement complex transformational programmes to improve outcomes for our customers.Ø Substantial experience and in-depth knowledge of Housing Management, Safeguarding, Supported Housing and Property Management legislation, obligations and regulatory requirements.Ø Demonstrable experience building, managing and developing Housing and Neighbourhood teams and talent across a diverse and complex organisation.Ø Excellent collaboration and partnership skills, ability to engage and effectively influence a wide variety of stakeholders and possess a strong political understanding.Ø Strategic financial and budget management skills with experience of delivering within defined budgets and mitigatingIf you would like to be considered, please respond with your up dated CV.
