Job Description

Are you a motivational leader currently seeking work in Central LondonEstate Services CoordinatorLocation - N1, London£22.62 PAYE / £29.62 LMT UMB per hour35 hours per weekMy client is currently seeking a highly organised Estate Services Coordinator to join them in assisting with the management of a dispersed team of caretakers.Your key responsibilities managing the team:

  • Monitoring the induction and probation process of new starters.
  • Delegatingwork and setting clear targets.
  • Conducting and supporting training and development.
  • Assessing health and wellbeing regularly, making sure that all are compliant with Health & Safety at work.
  • Sickness and absence management.
  • Effectively managing performance by analysing inspection records as well as resident feedback.
  • Ensuring the team have the appropriate level of cleaning materials and equipment.
Your role will also be highly focused on monitoring and taking corrective actions of servicesassociated with estate management functions:
  • Regularly inspecting and monitoring the estate services within the management area to make sure that all are at the highest standard of safety and quality for overall appearance(these include waste collection, estate lighting, communal repairs, play areas,etc).
  • To ensure health and safety related tasks, including fire safety inspections and fire risk assessments are completed in target times and evidence is accurately recorded.
  • Identifying all communal repairs, making sure to track upon ordering and completion.
  • Responding to emergencies and aiding affected residents, emergency services, utility companies, etc. While taking measures to minimise damage to property.
  • Liasing with the appropriate teams to address matters relating to breaches of tenancy conditions and to reduce antisocial behaviour.
  • To suggest and present your ideas for service improvement, assisting with the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and written guidelines.
You must have:
  • Proven experience of delivering services to the public.
  • Experience of leading and managing teams to work flexibly and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of estate services & Health and Safety legislation.
  • This role will require you to obtain a Basic satisfactory clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
