Summary We are looking for Food & Beverage Team Members to join us at Ilam Park & Dovedale. Weekend, weekday and school holiday working required.Shifts will range from 5 to 7.5 hours, starting from 9am Salary:£10.50 per hour. The salary offered here is for all who apply even if you are of school leaving age. Duration:fixed-term contract for 12 months What its like to work here Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, youll work across both Ilam Park and Dovedale in the White Peak area. Ilam Park is nestled beneath steep-sided hills on the bank of the River Manifold. It features an Italian Garden and tea-room, with views across to Thorpe Cloud and Bunster Hill. Dovedale is a National Nature Reserve with an ancient ravine woodland, wildflowers,limestone crags and a variety of wildlife. It is a purely outdoor site, with new mobile catering vans opening on weekends in the new year.A driving licence is essentialfor this role due to the remote location and the need to drive an NT van between Ilam & Dovedale. What youll be doing With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, youll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.Using your excellent attention to detail, youll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious. From time to time you may be required to assist the kitchen team with food prep, but your core focus will be from a front ofhouse perspective.Youll receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role.
