Your earliest start will be 8.30am and latest finish 5.30pm.Salary:£10.32 per hour, howeverthis will increase to £11ph from the 1st April 2023 to fall in line with the new National Living Wage.Duration:permanent contractInterview Dates:15th & 17th March 2023 What its like to work here Ilam Park is nestled beneath steep-sided hills on the bank of the River Manifold. It features an Italian Garden and tea-room, with views across to Thorpe Cloud and Bunster Hill. Dovedale is a National Nature Reserve with an ancient ravine woodland, wildflowers,limestone crags and a variety of wildlife. It is a purely outdoor site, with new mobile catering vans opening on weekends in the new year.Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, youll work across both locations and some weekend working will be required. Weekends will be worked on rotation and rotas will be provided four weeks in advance.A driving licence is essential for this role due to the remote location and the need to drive an NT van between Ilam & Dovedale.To find out more about what its like to work within Food & Beverage at the National Trust, clickhere towatch our video. What youll be doing With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, youll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.As a Team Leader youll support the team daily to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.Using your excellent attention to detail, youll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious.Youll receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role.
