Job Description

Project ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading company based in Holywood. Employment Type – PermanentHours: Full Time 37.5 hoursSalary: £25-£35KJob Purpose:The Project Manager’s key role is to coordinate a team of Developers, Designers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure that a high volume of projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to the highest quality.Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to the highest quality
  • Manage a large volume of projects and project stakeholders simultaneously
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor, and track timeline progress, budget consumption and risks
  • Successfully manage relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Organise and hold project initiation, status update meetings and closure meetings as required
  • Strong task prioritisation skills
  • Ensure timely response to client enquiries
  • Hold people accountable to process, and work at all levels of the organisation
  • Provide summary reports of all project related activity
  • Essential Criteria
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to positively influence people and project outcomes
  • Positive and enthusiastic outlook
  • First class communication skills, ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in Jira and other project management tools
  • Expertise in coordinating on-site and off-site teams across different time zones
  • Flexibility in approach
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems or web applications
  • Awareness and experience with Prince 2 and/or Agile methodologies
