Job Description

Holywood, Northern IrelandFull-Time£20,000 to £24,000 p.a. dependent on experienceAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator, ideally with experience in the Financial Services Industry, to join a thriving team of successful professionals. This is a dynamic and rewarding role in which you will have the opportunity to furtherdevelop your existing administrative and technical skills in a busy and friendly office.This role is a varied administration position, giving you a great opportunity to showcase your superb customer service skills, build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, whilst providing crucial support to the team of advisers through a widerange of administrative duties and system-based tasks.Your duties will include:

  • Assisting advisers in preparing for and documenting client appointments and other services.
  • Submitting protection applications to various providers, communicating with them by telephone and email.
  • Liaising with clients, handling their queries when submitting their application, communicating with them by telephone, email, and face to face.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of client data, ensuring to correctly enter client data and upholding client confidentiality.
  • Supporting advisers with general administrative tasks as required, and in managing their pipeline.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, taking messages and forwarding calls as appropriate.
  • Supporting with back-office duties, including the use of IO/Intelliflo.
You will have:
  • Experience of working in an administrative role, ideally in a financial environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to develop rapport with the staff, existing and potential clients, in person and on the telephone.
  • An appreciation for data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sound IT skills and a working knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
  • Ideally, you would have experience in using IO and in working in a financial environment.
