Job Description

ReceptionistBlakeneyPermanent - Full TimeSalary DOEHales Group are excited to announce that we are working with our client, within the hospitality industry, based in Blakeney. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their growing team.To provide and efficient and friendly service to guests in all areas of Front Office.Key Accountability & Responsibilities:

  • To carry out the tasks included on the Reception Checklist.
  • Greeting guests and dealing with an queries they may have.
  • Switchboard operations.
  • Data input of reservations, confirmations, and cancellations.
  • Posting and balancing charges.
  • Daily banking.
  • Co-coordinating guests requests with other departments.
  • Ensuring the standards of Customer Care, friendliness and politeness are met.
  • Ensure personal appearance is in keeping with company standards.
Essential and Desirable Experience
  • Reception or administrative experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Full driving licence required.
