Job Description

Time Appointments are excited to be working on behalf of a leading company in the North Norfolk area. They are currently looking for a professional Administrator who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handling in-bound telephone calls.
  • Assisting customers with any queries.
  • Helping with general administrative tasks.
  • Responding to enquiries emails.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
  • Professional approach with good telephone manner and communication skills.
  • A background in customer service or administration is beneficial.
  • Be able to proactively deal with challenges and problem solve independently.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Ability to use initiative and be accountable for own decisions.
