Job Description

Optometrist Location: Holt, Norfolk Salary: Very Competitive + Excellent BenefitsJob Type: Full Time, Flexible WorkingOur client is a well established independent family opticians and they are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join their their team and work flexibly across multiple practices.Responsibilities:

  • Deliver impeccable customer service with longer testing times and innovative products.
  • Lead and manage Dispensing Opticians and store staff.
  • Perform comprehensive eye examinations according to professional guidelines.
  • Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses.
  • Fit and check prescribed lenses for vision correction.
  • Offer personalised advice and reassurance on vision-related matters.
  • Meet sales targets for spectacles and contact lenses.
  • Conduct core administrative functions adhering to GDPR best practices.
  • Network effectively with stakeholders.
  • Write referrals to doctors as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Possess relevant qualifications
  • Full driving license
