Accounts Assistant - £22,000 - Expert Training & Professional Development - HoltI am representing a regional firm of accountants that is looking for an Accounts Assistant, keen to embark on their ACCA/ACA within an outstanding and inclusive team.You will experience a fantastic variety of work/clients, to aid your professional and personal development, with the support and encouragement of many seasoned Senior Accountants/Managers.Benefits include 24 days holiday (plus banks), full block release study support (fully funded), exam pass awards, 10 days paid sick leave, annual salary reviews, hybrid/flexible working, pension, and more!Accounts Assistant Duties:

Working with other team members and assisting with the preparation of accounts and tax returns for companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the client’s business.
Ensuring the efficient use of appropriate software packages internally and supporting clients with the management and proactive use of their accounting systems.
Book-keeping and production of management accounts on appropriate software; primarily QBO, Xero, and Sage together with the use of Dext and AutoEntry.
Liaise with partners and senior staff to provide a high level of client service.
