As an Office Administrator working as part of a busy, professionaloffice environment your role will form an important part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office processes and client processes. This is a great entry role for the right candidate a chance to gain a brilliant understanding of business and operationswith on-the-job training and a clear development plan. Strengths in IT and Microsoft systems, good communication skills and a strong work ethic will be a brilliant starting point!Key responsibilities include:- Answering telephone calls and welcoming clients into the office- Preparation and tidying of client facing areas such as meeting rooms- Preparing meeting packs for client meetings- Processing changes to clients’ details or requirements- Ensuring back-office systems are kept up to date- Daily management of workflow tasks to meet agreed client timeframes and deadlines- One off project & mailing tasks, as requested by management- Ensuring office supplies are fully stockedDesirable skills and person specification
