Job Description

Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for Support Workers to support Adults who have learning disabilities. Various services in the area including supported living homes, individuals living in self-contained flats and community-based outreachservice.Responsibilities include:

Supporting people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
Supporting people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
Supporting the management of people’s finances.
Keeping people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
