You will proactively lead, develop and support all activities associated with ManufacturingEngineering to ensure that efficient Production is sustained at all timesMain Duties:Provide Time Studies for all products under development using MTMComply with and fulfil Manufacturing Engineering requirements throughout NPD ProjectsAssist the Process Engineer with Process-writing tasks, using interlocked and error proofing process control systems for assembly operations (using DC tooling & Pivotware)Support Design Engineering with general DFM guidance throughout the product design process, approving technical drawings accordinglyLead process optimization activity with a view to achieving a Right First Time and Error-proofed approach to ProductionContribute to Production KPIs data captureOwn and lead Operations Deliverables objectives related to Manufacturing Engineering, contributing to Operational Strategic thinking using knowledge of LeanGenerate, lead and update layouts of the Plant Production facilityJig and tool designControl and organize equipment servicing & support with sub-contractorsGenerate & sustain TPM schedules and lead equipment maintenance activities taking a hands-on approachA full description is available for genuinely interested individuals.
