Job Description

We are the UKs largest and accredited provider of e-learning for the health and social care sector, with modern offices in a pleasant working environment in Hingham.The role is diverse, varied and interesting, involving tasks such as:

  • Talking with customers by telephone
  • Processing customer orders
  • Maintaining accurate computerised records
  • Preparing customer orders for shipping
  • Marking test sheets and producing training certificates
  • Being an integral part of a small and efficient team means applicants need to be good all-rounders, capable of multi-tasking and switching from one task to another effectively. Therefore, the successful candidate must have:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/ Excel
  • The ability to work well within a small team
  • Personal responsibility and accountability
  • Good levels of numeracy, literacy and accuracy
  • Package:
  • Full time position
  • 9am - 5pm in Hingham
  • £22,000 per annum
  • 30 minute lunch break
  • 30 days paid holiday per annum
