REED are exclusively working with a great company based near Watton, recruiting for the position of Customer Service Coordinator.Permanent full time position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours).Start as soon as possible.Within the role you will be liaising with customers, coordinating deliveries and keeping customers up to date throughout the process. You will deal with administration in line with deliveries including incoming and outgoing paperwork, also dealing with any queries or issues, ensuring the customer journey is smooth and efficient. You will work as part of a team, so must have good team work skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative.We are looking for someone with existing office experience within customer service and administration, with a confident, positive and professional telephone manner, who is able to provide an excellent service and build relationships so that the customers come back time and time again.
