Job Description

Our client is a highly successful distribution and transport company based on the south side of Derby. They are looking to appoint a Workshop Administrator to perform a variety of tasks to include:

HR administration
H&S - ensuring complicity
Ensure all contractors have completed paperwork and partaken in necessary inductions
Ensure all processes are adhered to by technicians
Report processing
Ensure any legislative changes pertaining to transport are briefed and regulated
Check stock
Check invoices and costings
Coordination of MOT bookings
Raise invoices for parts and works as required
Ensure workshop equipment is maintained as required
Ad hoc duties as required

In order to fulfil this interesting and varied role, candidates should ideally have experience of working in a workshop / garage environment and be proficient in the use of MS.
