Job Description

Our client is a storage and transport company, based on the outskirts of Derby. They are very well established and are looking to appoint a Transport Administrator / Debriefer to complement their existing Transport team.General purpose of the role is to conduct efficient running of driver cohort ensuring that briefing and de-briefing occurs daily regarding PODs, uploads, etc. Also ensuring compliance with EU and RTD regulations, upward reporting as required. General dutieswill entail:

The briefing and de-briefing of drivers, ensuring all incidents are recorded, paperwork returned, etc
Issue and receive driver equipment such as TomTom, etc
Ensure all vehicle tachograph and driver cards are downloaded
Accurately report all incidents, accidents
File all POD paperwork
Telephone duties
Ensure customer requirements are met
