Job Description

Are you from either a Learning and Development background or a Safety, Health & Environment backgroundEven better if you have experience of both.I am working with a growing Construction firm who are seeking a maternity cover as a SHE Training Manager. The role will be 2-3 days a week based in their office in Hillsborough with the rest from home.About the Role

  • Lead and Manage the SHE Training Team.
  • Manage the SHE Training team to ensure the timely delivery of H&S training for all business divisions.
  • Manage, review, and develop the SHE Training team operational processes and procedures.
  • Managing the People processes for the SHE Training Team members.
  • Ensure that all staff have appropriate SHE training accreditations.
  • Manage the accurate recording of information for KPIs.
  • Regularly review / evaluate developmental activities to ensure they meet the business aims and are cost effective.
  • Provide regular reports on training and provider evaluation.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of the SHE training matrices.
  • Assist the development and implementation of an effective training management system.
  • SHE Training and Development financial management.
  • Manage the effective and accurate data capture to assist in the management and reporting of the training and development budgets.
  • Manage the payment process to ensure Supplier invoices are verified and paid in a timely manner.
  • Manage the grant recovery process for SHE training.
  • Manage the effective and accurate data capture / processing and submission to assist in grant recovery.
