Job Description

L&D Administrator (Temp)A leading and established organisation based in Hillsborough, are currently seeking a L&D Administrator to join their team.This is a Full-time, Temporary Position initially for 6 weeks (has the possibility of being extended thereafter)Start Date: 13th February 2023Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am5.00pm and Fridays: 8.30am3.45pmHybridThree days in the office and two days at homeWith an hourly rate of £10.50 - £11.50 per hourJob role:Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties.Essential Criteria:

  • Previous and demonstrable administrative experience in a busy, pressurised environment
  • Strong IT skills to include Microsoft 365 (Office) suite
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint/HR systems
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbalwith the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload, with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data management systems are maintained by updating training and system information.
  • Assist in administration of the processes.
  • Assist with report compilation.
  • Assist with the organisation of training events.
  • Arrange room bookings and hospitality for training events.
  • Assist with the collation of attendance records.
  • Manage the administration of the training events billing activity.
  • Deal with telephone / email/ post enquiries for the department.
  • Provide a generalist administration service to the L&D team as demand dictates.
  • Undertake any other duties which may be required by management.
