They have a clear objective to provide completely tailored Financial Advice through clear and open communications with Clients leading to the fast development of this brand within the financial planning industry, a success that has been underpinned by their commitment to first class Client service.This ethos and approach is delivered by a friendly ever growing team of experienced advisers who are supported within the firm by a range of technical support functions including Compliance, Paraplanning and Administration all using the latest technology and market leading products to deliver the best possible outcome for valued clients.With an industry leading bonus structure, total flexibility, exam support, healthy benefits package and clear career progression, this firm provide a comprehensive structure and working environment to get the very best out of their advising team.The Job RoleCurrently there is an opportunity for an additional Desk Based IFA to help with the provision of holistic whole of market financial advice to many of the firms existing client base of business owners, companies and individuals.The position would be perfect for a technical planner who may be tired of a heavy new business focused role or an advanced Paraplanner looking to take the first step into an Advisory role.You will be working on a range of cases covering a broad spectrum of advice so this will be fantastic opportunity for someone who is technically minded and with excellent relationship skills, but who could use the backing of a well-established firm to help generate their own client base and their own space within the Financial Planning Market.What Does Our Client Expect From You

To have achieved the industry minimum standard Level 4 Diploma Qualified in Financial Planning, ideally working towards Chartered status. (LIBF/IFS/CII/CISI)

CAS status would be advantageous but not essential

Previous experience working on Pensions, Investments and Protection cases

A proactive, can do attitude

To be a team player and want to continually improve your own skill set
