Head of Technical - Scientific Instrumentation - Cheshire - IM3351Salary / benefits: up to c£75k, plus bonus and generous benefits.Job Term: Permanent, Full Time, OnsiteJob Outline: Have you worked in Mass Spectrometry, Ultra High Vacuum, Thin Films or similar Scientific InstrumentationWe are now looking for a Head of Technical to join the Senior Management Team of a rapidly growing provider of Scientific Instrumentation in Cheshire.Reporting to the MD, your key responsibility will be to support and develop the Engineering and New Product Developments.With a proven track record in leading and managing engineering and new product development, you will lead by example, supporting and developing your teams to ensure successful delivery of products and projects which meet customer needs.Joining a small company with ambitious growth plans, previous experience working in a smaller company, leading teams and growth will enable you to understand how to support your staff and facilitate growth.Experience:Ideally you should have around 5 years experience in a similar high tech environment, leading engineering and new product developments.Qualifications:Ideally you will have achieved at least a Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics or a relevant discipline. Significant experience in scientific instrumentation development will also be considered.Additional Information:Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK.
