Production OperativeLocation: Stretton , WA16 0SDJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWorking Hours: 4 on 4 off Rotation Days & Nights ( 2 Days 06:00-18:00 , 2 Nights 18:00-06:00)Salary: £12.82ph , Overtime £19.23phTalent Star are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Production Operative to join our ever-growing manufacturing client based in Stretton, near Warrington. The successful Production Operative will be responsible for operating various power tools and handlingmaterials as part of the production process. As part of our clients commitment to employee development, they offer training and development packages in accredited forklift truck training, first aid, fire marshall, IOSH safety, and manual handling.Duties and Responsibilities of a Production Operative:

Operating power tools and hand tools
Loading and unloading materials onto production machinery
Quality checking finished products
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements of a Production Operative:

Previous experience using power tools and handling materials is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work rotational shift patterns
