Due to their continued expansion, they are seeking to recruit an experienced VehicleMaintenance Technician and Customer Service Advisor, to join their existing Vehicle Maintenance team reporting into the Operations Team Leader. For the successful candidate, there will be opportunities for further progression as the business continues to accelerateand grow into new markets.This role will be focused on providing technical support to customers and a variety of stakeholders. A strong understanding of the motor trade is essential for this position, supported ideally with a NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Motor Vehicle Mechanics.The successful candidate must have the ability to challenge and negotiate in a professional manner. Previous experience in a vehicle workshop or car dealership environment would be preferable.This is a full-time position office based position working Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment whereby you can add value utilising your technical vehicle knowledge to ensure the business operateswithin SLAs, improves quality of repairs, reduces costs and downtime whilst maintaining a best in class service for customers.Role and responsibilities:
