Job Description

We are looking for a customer success manager with a passion and knowledge of the property industry, outstanding customer service experience and a friendly and professional telephone manner. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing landlord adverts, organising tenant viewings, conducing landlord care calls, carrying out property rental value assessments and preparing tenants for our in-house applicationprocess.If you have an interest in the property industry, high level customer service skills and enjoy working in a buzzing fast paced environment we want to hear from you!Experience working in the letting industry is a distinct advantage and a proven track record of working with technology helps.Daily Responsibilities:

  • Preparing adverts on behalf of landlords
  • Organise tenants viewing through in house tech system
  • Rental property valuations with support of technology
  • Landlord customer care calls and relationship management
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer care quality
  • Resolving customer queries and issues quickly and effectively
Qualifications:
  • 2 years experience in a letting role within a property business
  • Good understanding of the lettings market
  • Outstanding customer services skills
  • Excellent telephone, written and communication skills
  • Detail oriented, well organised with good time management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and other software applications
