Job Description

Job Title: Senior AdministratorContract: PermanentHours: Part time, 3 or 4 days per week, 9:00am - 5:00pmLocation: Henley in ArdenSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 FTE per annumBenefits: 22 days holiday, free parking, enhanced pension, private healthcareAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and successful company based in Henley in Arden. Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Administrator on a part time permanent basis. To be successful in this role you will need to have excellentadministrative experience alongside previous experience in a regulated industry.Duties include:

  • Full administrative support to the company.
  • Answer telephone calls and deal with queries from clients efficiently.
  • Ensure all client files are updated and all the information is recorded accurately.
  • Preparation of documentation and paperwork ensuring that internal and external compliance procedures are adhered to.
  • Liaise with external providers, obtaining information, quotes and product details.
  • Update information on web-based systems.
Skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience in a Senior Administration position.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and plan own workload.
