Property Manager / Block Manager - Independent firm - Hertfordshire / Essex Borders - circa £40kMy client is a traditional, small to medium sized independent managing agent established to manage blocks within Hertfordshire, Essex and London from their offices in Bishops Stortford.As a result of growth, an additional Property Manager / Block Manager is required for oversight of a well-run portfolio (700 - 800 units) undertaking the full range of duties from service charge management to insurance matters and major works.Suitable Property Managers / Block Managers will prefer local over national and independent over corporate, mirroring our clients unique selling point to its clients.Youll be details orientated, customer focused, able to empathise with lessees and keen to provide a value for money service for blocks who remain under management through choice.An IRPM qualification is preferred training can be provided where required. You must have 2-3 years block experience and come from a stable career background.After probation, the suitable Property Manager / Block Manager will only be required in the office 1-2 days per week. The remainder of the time can be spent working from home or on site as required.Salary for the successful Property Manager / Block Manager will start up to £40k (possibly negotiable based on experience and qualification) with HMRC mileage allowance for any business miles accrued.To express your interest please apply now for immediate consideration
